Kaserne Von-Seydlitz i Kalkar/Uedem på Beginenberg er en kaserne for Bundeswehr og er hovedkvarter for Luftoperationercentret. Den er opkaldt efter den preussiske kavallerigeneral Friedrich Wilhelm von Seydlitz.
Siden 1969 har Kalkar været Bundeswehr-lokation. I Von-Seydlitz-Kaserne i bydelen Altkalkar er der tjenestesteder for Luftvåbnet og NATO, især Luftoperationercentret, Luftvåbenstøttegruppen Kalkar, Ledelsessupportområde 3, Sanitetsforsyningscentret Kalkar og Joint Air Power Competence Centre.
