Schloss Charlottenhof var sommerresidensen for kronprins Friedrich Wilhelm, der fra 1840 var kong Friedrich Wilhelm IV. af Preussen. Det ligger i Potsdam sydvestligt i slotsparken Sanssouci og er under forvaltning af Fondet Preussiske Slotte og Haver Berlin-Brandenburg.
Området af parken Charlottenhof med skiftende bebyggelse strækker sig tilbage til det 18. århundrede. Efter flere ejerforhold købte Friedrich Wilhelm III. arealet, der grænser op til parken Sanssouci mod syd, og gave det julen 1825 til sin søn kronprins Friedrich Wilhelm og hans gemalinde Elisabeth Ludovika af Bayern.
