Radduscher Kahnfahrt, på nedersorbisk Radušańska cera, er en vandløb i Oberspreewald og forbinder landsbyen Raddusch, som ligger ved den sydlige kant af Spreewald, med Spreewalds vandnet.
Vandløbet begynder ved nordkanten af landsbyen. Her findes en naturhavn, fra hvilken Spreewald-både sejler fra Raddusch ind i Spreewald. Radduscher Kahnfahrt fører derefter mod nordøst og er i store dele omgivet af gamle træbestande. Det passerer derefter gennem den lille Radduscher bydel Radduscher Kaupen, krydser Vetschauer Mühlenfließ og løber derefter ud i Sydkanalen.
