Landsretten Frankfurt () er en domstol i den almindelige retspleje og en af fire landsretter i Brandenburg. Den har sine lokaler i Frankfurt. Stillingen som præsident for landsretten er i øjeblikket ikke besat.
Til retskredsen hører byretterne Bad Freienwalde, Bernau ved Berlin, Eberswalde, Eisenhüttenstadt, Frankfurt, Fürstenwalde og Strausberg. Byretten Schwedt/Oder har siden 1. januar 2013 tilhørt distriktet for landsretten Neuruppin.
Landsretten Frankfurt er underlagt det Brandenburgiske overlandsret.
