Valentinswerder er en ø i Tegeler See i Berlin. Den ligger i kanten af søen i en øgruppe, som adskiller søen fra Havel. Denne øgruppe omfatter desuden Maienwerder, Baumwerder, Reiswerder og Scharfenberg. Den vestlige bred af øen betragtes som den vestlige grænse for søen over for Havel. Den sydvestligt beliggende store Wall ligger ikke længere i Tegeler See og er anset som en Havel-ø.
Valentinswerder er 132.028 m² stor og dermed den næststørste ø i Tegeler See. Den har været en del af Reinickendorf distriktet siden 1930'erne, bydel Tegel. 26 indbyggere bor permanent på øen.
