Dorfkirken i Nieder Neuendorf betragtes som den ældste endnu bevarede bygning i byen Hennigsdorf, som Nieder Neuendorf har været en del af siden 1923. Den stammer fra slutningen af det 15. århundrede og har siden reformationen været et protestantisk gudshus.
Nieder Neuendorfer kirke ligger på Dorfstraße i byens centrum. Stedet ligger i den sydlige del af byen Hennigsdorf og grænser op til byen Berlin. Mellem Berlin-Spandau og Hennigsdorf kører buslinje 136 med stoppestedet Zur Baumschule i umiddelbar nærhed af kirken. Den nærmeste station er i Hennigsdorf på Kremmener Bahn.
