Steinförde er en bydel i byen Fürstenberg/Havel nord for Brandenburg. Steinförde var indtil 2003 en selvstændig kommune.
Steinförde ligger knap fire kilometer vest for indre by i Fürstenberg/Havel. Mod nord grænser bydelen op til Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, mod øst til bygrænsen i Fürstenberg/Havel, mod syd Dagow og mod vest til Neuglobsow. Steinförde ligger ved Havel i et skov- og sørigt område. Den største del af kommuneområdet tilhører naturreservatet Stechlin. Til Steinförde hører dele af kommunen Steinhavelmühle ved Steinhavel, Kleinmenow og Großmenow ved Ellbogensee, hvor der ligger en campingplads.
