Wünsdorf er en bydel i byen Zossen i Landkreis Teltow-Fläming i delstaten Brandenburg. I marts 2005 havde den 6202 indbyggere. Byen selv har et areal på 13,8 km², med de kommunale dele 72,92 km². Under Anden Verdenskrig var Wünsdorf "Nervesystemet for Wehrmacht".
Byen ligger cirka 40 kilometer syd for Berlin ved Bundesstraße 96. Wünsdorf omfatter de kommunale dele Neuhof og Waldstadt. Wünsdorf ligger ved den sydvestlige kant af Wünsdorfer Platten. Den store Wünsdorfer sø og den lille Wünsdorfer sø tilhører en søkæde i Töpchiner-dalen, en gletsjerrende fra Weichsel-koldperioden.
