Berlin-Ahrensfelde er en uofficiel betegnelse for den nordlige del af den berlinske bydel Marzahn i distriktet Marzahn-Hellersdorf med 22.341 indbyggere og et areal på 250,41 hektar.
Officielt kaldes lokalområdet Marzahn-Nord. En del af den boligbyggeri, der blev opført i 1980'erne, lå på området til kommunen Ahrensfelde i det daværende distrikt Frankfurt, men blev dog postalt regnet som tilhørende Berlin og hørte reelt til den tidligere berlinske bydel Marzahn.
