Berlin-Ahrensfelde es una designación no oficial de la parte norte del distrito berlinés de Marzahn en el distrito de Marzahn-Hellersdorf con 22.341 habitantes y una superficie de 250,41 hectáreas.
Oficialmente, la ubicación se llama Marzahn-Nord. Una parte de la construcción de viviendas que se creó en la década de 1980 estaba en el territorio del municipio de Ahrensfelde en el entonces distrito de Frankfurt, pero fue contabilizada postalmente como parte de Berlín y pertenecía de hecho al antiguo distrito berlinés de Marzahn.
