Karlsdorf er en del af Altfriedland, en bydel i kommunen Neuhardenberg i Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland, Brandenburg. Stedet havde pr. 2007 omkring 70 indbyggere. Kommunale opgaver varetages af kontoret i Neuhardenberg.
Byen blev grundlagt i 1774/75 som kolonistby og opkaldt efter markgreven Carl Albrecht af Brandenburg-Sonnenburg. De regionalt kendte fiskevand Karlsdorfer Teiche er en del af sølandskabet omkring Kietzer See, centrum for det europæiske fuglebeskyttelsesområde Altfriedländer Teich- og søområde i det nordøstlige hjørne af naturparken Märkische Schweiz.
