Kossa er en bydel i kommunen Laußig i Landkreis Nordsachsen, Fristaten Sachsen. Indtil 2007 var Kossa hovedbyen i den navngivne kommune, som omfattede bydelene Kossa, Authausen, Durchwehna, Görschlitz og Pressel.
Kossa ligger ca. 10 km nordøst for Bad Düben og 20 km nord for Eilenburg. B 183 går gennem byen. Mod nord grænser Kossaers område op til delstaten Sachsen-Anhalt. Landskabet præges af de store, bakkede skov- og hedeområder i Dübener Heide.
