Borgen Questenberg er ruinen af en middelalderlig feudalborg på den cirka 280 m høje borgbjerg nord for landsbyen Questenberg i Mansfeld-Südharz distriktet i Sachsen-Anhalt. Borgtåret, ringmuren, to kældre samt en væg fra paladset er bevaret og frit tilgængelige.
Højborgen blev bygget omkring 1200 til 1250, formodentlig af greverne af Beichlingen. Som Servus nævnes i 1275 i følge med grev Friedrich af Beichlingen „Fredericus de Questenberg“, som tilhørte en adelsslægt, der fik sit navn efter borgen. Siden 1305 har greverne af Hohnstein været ejere. I 1349 blev borgen første gang direkte omtalt som „hus zcuo Questinberg“.
