Borgen Anhalt i Harz er en middelalderlig borg ruin nordøst for Harzgerode i den sachsen-anhaltiske Landkreis Harz. Den blev bygget omkring 1123 e.Kr. Navnet på landet Anhalt stammer fra denne borg.
Ruinen af højborgen ligger i Unterharz mellem Mägdesprung og Meisdorf over den i Selke dalen liggende Selkemühle på den store Hausberg ved den nordøstlige ende af Harzgeroder mark. I den skovklædte naturpark Harz/Sachsen-Anhalt ligger den inden for naturreservatet Øvre Selketal.
