Vand slot Tauchritz er et herresæde i Görlitz bydel Tauchritz. Det ligger på den nordlige kant af byen nær Berzdorfer sø.
Det tidligere riddergods blev første gang nævnt i 1306. Det tilhørte hr. Nikol von Neuershove, arvelig dommer i Görlitz. Slottet blev bygget på egetræspæle i sumpet terræn og delvist omgivet af vandgrave for at forhindre, at pælene tørrede ud. Fra 1349 til 1422 var det i besiddelse af adelsfamilien Bieberstein fra Friedland. I 1422 blev det købt af von Gersdorf. I 1611 købte Georg von Warnsdorf slot og dominium Tauchritz for 25.000 thaler. I 1683 blev slottet ramt af en brand, der ødelagde slottet og elleve andre bygninger. Det nuværende barokslot blev bygget af Maria Sidonia von Warnsdorf i årene 1686/1687 på grundmuren af det gamle slot. Indtil 1749 var det i besiddelse af von Warnsdorf og blev derefter solgt til Joachimstein-stiftet. Efter 1945 blev det eksproprieret og blev til folkets ejendom. Det blev blandt andet anvendt som skole. Siden 1987 har det stået tomt. Efter et salg skal bygningen renoveres.
