Kirken i Niederoderwitz er en af de to landsbykirker i kommunen Oderwitz i Sachsen. Den er sæde for den evangelisk-lutherske menighed Oderwitz-Mittelherwigsdorf og blev bygget i begyndelsen af det 18. århundrede i barokstil og regnes for en af de største kirker i Lausitz.
Mod slutningen af det 17. århundrede blev den gamle kirke i Niederoderwitz for lille til den voksende menighed. Af denne grund og på grund af uoprettelige skader på bygningen blev det i 1717 besluttet at opføre en ny kirke lige ved siden af den gamle. Patronatet for denne nybygning blev overtaget af Otto Ludwig von Kanitz, Hanns Adolph von Riedinger og rådmanden i Zittau.
