Slusen Diemitz, også Diemitzer Sluse, er en bådsluse ved Müritz-Havel-vandvejen. Den ligger i den nærliggende boligområde ved Diemitz, en del af Mirow i den sydlige del af Mecklenburgische Seenplatte.
Slusen Diemitz blev bygget i 1880'erne efter Finowmål og blev erstattet af en nybygning i 1977–1978. Den regulerer vandstanden mellem Labussee og Großen Peetschsee og har en gennemsnitlig faldhøjde på 1,29 meter. Slusekammeret kan bruges med en længde på 42,1 m og en bredde på 5,34 m og lukkes med stangporte.
