Sportsalen ved Tor II er en sportshal i byen Premnitz. Den var trænings- og konkurrencearena for elitesporten i byen og vært for kampe i DDR’s håndboldliga samt landsholdskampe. Hallen bliver brugt af TSV Chemie Premnitz.
Håndboldafdelingen i BSG Chemie Premnitz spillede gentagne gange i den bedste liga i DDR. I sæsonerne 1949/1950 og 1950/51 nåede man finalen i DDR’s håndboldmesterskab. I 1960 lykkedes det efter nogle år i anden division for første gang at rykke op i håndboldligaen. Da den eksisterende infrastruktur ikke tilbød ideelle forhold, besluttede man allerede i 1950'erne at opføre en ny hal, egnet til konkurrencen med et spilleareal med internationale mål.
