Schloss Hohenstein er et slot bygget i renæssancestil i Hohenstein i Landkreis Ludwigsburg i Baden-Württemberg.
Allerede i 1250 nævnes en borg på stedet for det nuværende slot. Borgens ejere var herrerne fra Howenstein. Efter at linjen uddøde i 1443, overtog Württemberg landsbyen og borgen og gav den som mandelån til herrerne fra Sachsenheim. Disse solgte igen delen af borgen halvt til herrerne fra Talheim og herrerne fra Lierheim. Herrerne fra Talheim gav senere deres halvdel til herrerne fra Winnenden. Allerede omkring 1550 skulle borgen være faldet sammen. I 1555 faldt ruinen tilbage til Württemberg, som fordelte den til herrerne fra Plieningen og overvogteren fra Brackenheim. I 1593 lod Plieningen borgen rives ned og byggede i stedet et slot på samme sted.
