Mark-Twain-Village er en tidligere amerikansk bosættelse i Heidelbergs bydel Südstadt. Det var, ud over Patrick-Henry-Village, en af to amerikanske bosættelser for soldater og deres familier i byen. Mark-Twain-Village ligger lige ved siden af Campbell Barracks, som husede den 7. amerikanske armé og de Allianz Landstyrker Central Europa fra NATO.
