Horumersiel, en del af bydelen Horumersiel-Schillig, er et Nordsee-kurbad i kommunen Wangerland i den niedersaksiske Landkreis Friesland i Tyskland.
Stedet ligger omkring to kilometer syd for den yderste nordøstlige spids af den østfrisiske halvø, ved Indenjade, cirka 20 kilometer nord for Wilhelmshaven, to kilometer syd for Schillig og fire kilometer øst for Minsen. Foran ligger øerne Mellum og Minsener Oog.
