Forum City Mülheim er et shoppingcenter i centrum af Mülheim an der Ruhr. Det blev bygget fra 1970 til 1976 og bar først navnet „City Center Mülheim“. Arkitekten var Hanns-Hennig Lautz. Til centret hører en „fortættet boligbebyggelse“ og en parkeringsgarage. Markante som vartegn er de fire 20-etagers Iduna-højhuse. Gennem en passage er shoppingcentret forbundet med hovedbanegården.
