Le Forum City Mülheim est un centre commercial situé dans le centre de Mülheim an der Ruhr. Il a été construit de 1970 à 1976 et portait initialement le nom de « City Center Mülheim ». L'architecte était Hanns-Hennig Lautz. Le centre comprend une « construction résidentielle densifiée » et un parking. En tant que points de repère, les quatre tours Iduna de 20 étages se distinguent. Le centre commercial est relié à la gare principale par un passage.
