Georg-Gaßmann-Stadion er et fodboldstadion med atletikanlæg af kategori B i bymidten af Ockershausen i den hessiske universitetsby Marburg. Det har en kapacitet på omkring 15.000 tilskuere og er dermed et af de største sportsanlæg i Mellemhessen.

Georg-Gaßmann-Stadion blev færdiggjort i 1967 og opkaldt efter den tidligere borgmester i Marburg, Georg Gaßmann. Ud over græsbanen har stadionet et komplet atletikanlæg med en kunststofbane og springanlæg. I 2001 blev de gamle kunststofbænke på hovedtribunen, hvor omkring 2.000 tilskuere kan finde en siddeplads, udskiftet med sæder, der stammer fra Fritz-Walter-Stadion i Kaiserslautern. Indtil juni 2007 blev stadionet renoveret, og den helt overdækkede hovedtribune blev delvist ombygget. Siden da har der været loger over siddepladserne. Derudover blev der skabt lokaler til sportskontoret i byen Marburg.
