God Bischhausen er en godshøj, der stammer fra en tidligere spornborg i Bischhausen, som i dag er en del af kernebyen Witzenhausen i Werra-Meißner-Kreis i Nordhessen. Godset, der ligger på en terrasseret høj over Werra, var tidligere sæde for den adelige familie von Bischoffshausen.
Godset ligger nord for Werra, cirka 1,5 kilometer nordvest for kernebyen Witzenhausen og ovenfor den tidligere landsby Bischhausen på en bjergspids, der dannes som en udkant af den nordligt beliggende bjerget Badenstein og den dal, der dannes af Wolfsbächet, som her løber ned i Werra. I dalen nedenfor løber motorvej 80, og jernbanelinjen Halle–Kassel passerer mod nord ad en dæmning.
