Bad Harzburg er en endestation i den nedersaksiske kurby Bad Harzburg. Stationen er den sydlige endepunkt for den i 1841 færdigbyggede linje fra Braunschweig, som anses for at være den første statsejede jernbanelinje i Tyskland. Derudover er stationen også endepunkt for to yderligere linjer fra Oker og Ilsenburg.
Stationen ligger nord for centrum i Harzburg på en højde af omkring 328 meter over havets overflade. Sporene på stationen strækker sig i nordvest-sydøstlig retning. Anlægget begrænses mod syd af Dr.-Heinrich-Jasper-Straße/Herzog-Julius-Straße, mod øst og nord af Am Güterbahnhof vejen og mod vest af Badestraße.
