Villaen fra Donop, officielt benævnt villa bygning med forhaveindhegning, er en profan bygning fra 1887, der er registreret som bygningsmindesmærke i mindeslisten over byen Detmold i Landkreis Lippe.
Adolar von Donop var den yngste søn af ægteparret August von Donop og Auguste von Donop og bror til Lionel og Hugo von Donop. Som mange af sine forfædre og slægtninge havde von Donop tætte forbindelser til huset Lippe, han var blandt andet personlig adjutant for Leopold III. og under Ernst zu Lippe-Biesterfeld fornærmeligt-lippisk kammerherre. I modsætning til sine brødre havde han indtil sin død sin bopæl i Detmold. Efter ægteskabet med Anna Elisabeth Lucie Troost fra godset Hornoldendorf flyttede han ind i en lejlighed på Gartenstraße i 1868.
