Sankt Paulin er en senbarok kirke i Trier, hvis indretning blev designet af Balthasar Neumann. Indtil 1804 var den og dens forgængere i århundreder stiftskirke. Siden 1958 er St. Paulin Basilica minor.
Den første kirke på dette sted blev bygget i det 4. århundrede af biskop Felix i det romerske gravområde nord for bymure i det romerske Trier. Ifølge legenden stammer de romerske knoglefund derimod fra den tebaiske legion, en legendarisk romersk legion af kristne, der angiveligt blev henrettet i antikken, fordi de nægtede at afsværge deres tro. Ifølge den regionale version af legenden fandt deres martyrdom sted dér, hvor kirken i dag har sit fortov. Deres blod siges at være flydt hele vejen til Mosel og har farvet floden rød i kilometerlang strækning.
