Den Botaniske Have i Jena er den næstældste botaniske have i Tyskland og ligger i udkanten af byens centrum i universitetsbyen Jena, overfor Thüringer Universitets- og Landsbibliotek. Den strækker sig over et areal på 4,5 hektar og anvendes af de tilstødende biologiske, farmaceutiske og botaniske institutter samt befolkningen til uddannelse og rekreation.
Den Botaniske Have i Jena tilhører Institut for Speciel Botanik ved Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena og viser omkring 12.000 forskellige planter i flere opvarmede drivhuse og friluftsområder og står til rådighed for offentligheden, universitetet samt elever fra alle klassetrin til undervisning.
