Schwarza er en cirka 53 kilometer lang, venstre biflod til Saale i Thüringen i Tyskland. Den blev årets flodlandskab i 2006/2007.
Floden udspringer nær Scheibe-Alsbach, 250 meter nordvest for Rennsteig, i en højde af 717 m over havet. Vandet fra Schwarza-kilden stiger fra stor dybde ved en brudkløft mellem buntsandsten og skifer med en konstant temperatur på 6 grader Celsius. Den blev indfanget i 1855.
