Wolfartsweier er en bydel i den baden-württembergiske by Karlsruhe og har siden januar 2021 været en del af Naturpark Schwarzwald Mitte/Nord.
Wolfartsweier nævnes første gang dokumenteret i 1261 som Wolvoldiswilere. I 1535 kom Wolfartsweier under markgrevskabet Baden-Durlach. Ved slutningen af Trediveårskrigen i 1648 skulle der kun have været syv indbyggere tilbage i Wolfartsweier, hvilket mindes ved Siebenmannstraße i Oberdorf. Kommunen voksede til 370 indbyggere i 1837 og 506 indbyggere i 1901. Fra 1907 til 1971 drev Dynamit Nobel AG en ammunitionsfabrik i området Zündhütle. I 1935 blev svømmehallen åbnet. Wolfartsweier blev den 1. januar 1973 indlemmet i byen Karlsruhe. I 2015 vakte en gaseksplosion i et ottefamiliehus, hvor fire mennesker mistede livet, opmærksomhed.
