Heldra er en landsbydel i byen Wanfried i Werra-Meißner-Kreis i Hessen. Til Heldra hører bosættelsen Bahnhof Großburschla, som har udviklet sig gennem årene omkring Bahnhof i Heldra, der ligger i nabobyen i Thüringen.
Heldra ligger på den østlige kant af Nordhessen ved udløbet af Heldrabachen i Werra. Landsbyen er omgivet på tre sider af thüringsk område. I den nordlige del af byen mødes landevej 3244 og Kreisstraße 6; begge fører til den nærliggende motorvej 250. Mod syd rejser bjærget Heldrastein sig, der ligger på den thüringske side af Werra og er 503,8 m højt, og som Heldra er opkaldt efter.
