Lauscha er en kommune i den tyske delstat Thüringen og er en del af Landkreis Sonneberg. Lauscha har 3.463 indbyggere. Byen er især kendt for sit glasblæserhåndværk.
Lauscha ligger i Thüringer slatebjergene mellem byerne Sonneberg, Ilmenau og Saalfeld. Byen befinder sig i en nordøstlig dal ved Steinach foden af bjergkammen. Stationen Lauscha ligger på en højde af 611 m. NN, det sydligste punkt ved udløbet af Göritz i Steinach på 515 m. over NN. Pappenheimer Bjerg strækker sig op til 834,5 m. over NN.
