Weinbergen var en kommune i Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis i Thüringen. Den blev oprettet den 30. juni 1994 i forbindelse med regionsreformen gennem sammenlægningen af kommunerne Bollstedt, Grabe, Höngeda og Seebach og eksisterede indtil den 31. december 2018. Kommunen blev indlemmet i Mühlhausen/Thüringen. Den statslige fuglebeskyttelsesstation Seebach, der ligger i kommunen, var regionalt kendt.
På et areal på 43,96 km² boede der 3.068 indbyggere. Kommunens telefonforhåndsnummer var 03601, postnummeret var 99998.
