Margarethenweiher i Brühl er en lille sø, der ligger til venstre for den B 265, når man kommer fra Hürth, endnu før Gruhlsee, i Rhein-Erft-Kreis i det sydvestlige Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Margarethenweiher ligger til venstre ved landevejen 265, endnu før den højreliggende Bleibtreusee og før Gruhlsee.
Søen ligger ved udkørslen fra Erftstadt til Liblar, før Bleibtreusee syd for Brühl bymidte på skråningen af forlandet. Søen er beskyttet som landskab og er en af de mange villasøer, der er opstået i forbindelse med udvindingen af brunkul.
Den ligger til venstre på Luxemburger Straße B 265, endnu før indkørslen til højre til Bleibtreusee.
