Alfers Mühle (også Alfersmühle) er en dæmning samt en tidligere vandmølle ved Berkel i nord for byen Gescher. Møllens beliggenhed svarer cirka til midten af den tidligere landby Harwick i Gescher, og trafikforbindelsen var gunstig for den daværende tid med beliggenheden nær hovedvejen til Ahaus, Stadtlohn og Coesfeld.
