Schmilka er en bydel i Bad Schandau i Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge i Sachsen. Schmilka har 75 indbyggere. 23 af de 69 huse ejes af iværksætteren Sven-Erik Hitzer. Små bindingsværkhuse ved Elbbredden og op ad Mühlenberg mod Großer Winterberg præger billedet. I 2017 blev Schmilka udnævnt af interesseforeningen Sachsens smukkeste landsbyer. Schmilka er et etape sted på Malerweg.
Schmilka ligger til højre for Elben direkte ved Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz i Elbsandsteingebirge umiddelbart ved grænsen til Tjekkiet. Øst for byen ligger Großer Winterberg, vest for Schrammsteine og Rauschenstein. Byen ligger i en højde af 117 m.
