Röpersdorf er en beboet del af kommunen Nordwestuckermark i Landkreis Uckermark i den nordøstlige del af delstaten Brandenburg, der hører til bydelen Röpersdorf/Sternhagen. Stedet var indtil 1. december 1997 en selvstændig kommune.
Röpersdorf ligger ved vestbredden af Unteruckersees, fire kilometer syd for den centrale by Prenzlau i Uckermark. Omgivende steder er Prenzlau mod nord, Dreyershof og Seelübbe på den anden side af Unteruckersees mod øst og sydøst, Zollchow mod syd samt Dollshof og Schmachtenhagen mod sydvest. Til Röpersdorf hører beboelsesområdet Luisenthal.
