Jagtsslottet Haideburg ligger i Mosigkauer Heide i Dessau-Roßlau. Det er fredet. Siden år 2000 har det været en del af UNESCOs verdensarv for Dessau-Wörlitzer Gartenreich.
Jagtsslottet blev opført fra 1782 til 1783. Prins Leopold III. Friedrich Franz von Anhalt-Dessau bemyndigede bygmester Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff til at bygge det som jagtslot og overjægerbolig. Det skulle ifølge rygterne være opført i mindre målestok som det preussiske kronslot i Königsberg.
