Færgen Breitenhagen er en færgeforbindelse på Elben mellem byerne Tochheim i Zerbst/Anhalt på østkysten og Alt Tochheim i Barby på vestsiden. Ejeren er byen Barby. Færgen er en umotoriseret gierseilfærge, som drives af strømmen fra floden. Færgen sejles dagligt. Færgen kan anvendes af fodgængere, ryttere, cyklister, personbiler, lastbiler, busser og landbrugsmaskiner. Priserne for en overfart lå i 2018 mellem 50 eurocent for et barn og 11 euro for en sættevogn.
