Il traghetto Breitenhagen è un collegamento traghetti sul fiume Elba tra i luoghi Tochheim a Zerbst/Anhalt sulla riva orientale e Alt Tochheim a Barby sul lato occidentale. Il proprietario è la città di Barby. Il traghetto è un traghetto a fune non motorizzato, quindi è spinto dalla corrente del fiume. Il traghetto è utilizzato quotidianamente. Può essere utilizzato da pedoni, cavalieri, ciclisti, autovetture, camion, autobus e veicoli agricoli. I prezzi per una traversata nel 2018 variavano da 50 centesimi per un bambino a 11 euro per un autotreno.
