La ferry Breitenhagen es una conexión de ferry en el Elba entre los lugares Tochheim en Zerbst/Anhalt en la orilla este y Alt Tochheim en Barby en el lado oeste. El propietario es la ciudad de Barby. El ferry es un transbordador de cable no motorizado, por lo que es impulsado por la corriente del río. El ferry opera diariamente.
