Lutherbyen Eisleben [ˈa͜isleːbn̩] er den næststørste by i Mansfeld-Südharz kommune i den østlige Harz forland i Sachsen-Anhalt. Den er kendt som fødsel- og dødssted for Martin Luther. Til ære for byens største søn har Eisleben haft tilnavnet „Lutherstadt“ siden 1946. Luthermindesmærkerne i Eisleben og Wittenberg har været en del af UNESCOs verdensarv siden 1996. Eisleben er medlem af Foreningen af Lutherbyer. Lutherstederne i Eisleben og Wittenberg er blevet forenet i Stiftelsen for Luthermindesmærker i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Eisleben strækker sig over et område på cirka 25 gange 10 kilometer, da flere omliggende kommuner er blevet indlemmet. Den største bydel er Helfta med klosteret, der blev revitaliseret i 1999.
