Adelshof Heisterman von Ziehlberg er en af de store bygningekomplekser i den gamle bydel i den østvestfalske by Höxter i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Det tilhører de bygninger, der er bygget i stil med Weserrenaissance.
Hof består af tre gavlstandende bindingsværkshuse og en tagbygning. Det såkaldte Tillyhus ligger direkte ved Westerbachstraße, mens de to andre huse står længere inde i gården. Den i 1582 byggede adelshof er et vidnesbyrd om det tætte forhold mellem Höxter og Corvey.
