Westkirchen er en bydel af Ennigerloh med ca. 2500 indbyggere og ligger nord for Ennigerloh i Warendorf kommune i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Transportmæssigt er stedet tilsluttet via B475 og A2. Indtil 1956 var der et stop på jernbanelinjen Neubeckum–Warendorf. Blandt seværdighederne er Haus Dieck, møllen, en række monumenter, den katolske sognkirke St. Laurentius fra 1871 og byarkivet. Den 19. juli 1868 brændte en stor del af den dengang landsby ned. Den 1. januar 1975 blev Westkirchen indlemmet i Ennigerloh ved Münster/Hamm-loven.
