Samtkommunen Schüttorf er en samkommune i Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim i Niedersachsen. I den har fem kommuner og byen Schüttorf slået sig sammen for at udføre deres forvaltningsopgaver. Forvaltningens sæde for samkommunen ligger i byen Schüttorf.
Den 14. december 1970 blev samkommunen Schüttorf grundlagt, som oprindeligt bestod af ni kommuner: byen Schüttorf og kommunerne Engden, Drievorden, Neerlage, Wengsel, Ohne, Quendorf, Samern og Suddendorf. Den 1. marts 1974 blev kommunerne Engden og Drievorden sammenlagt til kommunen Engden, og kommunerne Neerlage og Wengsel blev slået sammen til kommunen Isterberg. Den 1. november 2011 blev Suddendorf indlemmet i Schüttorf.
