Bad Godesberg er en af de fire bydele i forbundsbyen Bonn og har 76.156 indbyggere. Bad Godesberg ligger ved den sydlige spids af den Kölner Bugt i Godesberger Rheintaltrichter ved overgangen fra Mittel- til Niederrhein. Bydelen grænser mod sydøst op til delstaten Rheinland-Pfalz.
Derudover findes der 16 statistiske distrikter, som kun adskiller sig lidt i størrelse og omfang fra bydelene. På området i bydelen findes følgende matrikler inden for grænserne af tidligere kommuner: Friesdorf, Godesberg, Lannesdorf, Mehlem, Muffendorf, Plittersdorf og Rüngsdorf.
