St. Josef-Hospitalet Kupferdreh er et hospital i bydelen Kupferdreh i Essen. Det ejes af Katholische Kliniken Ruhrhalbinsel gGmbH, som siden 2014 har været en del af Contilia-gruppen.
Begyndelsen af St. Josef-Hospitalet Essen-Kupferdreh går tilbage til bestræbelserne fra Waldbreitbacher-franziskanerinderne, der den 14. maj 1895 grundlagde en afdeling i Kupferdreh, hvor fire søstre dedikerede sig til ambulant sygepleje. Søstrene indsamlede kollekter til opførelsen af et hospital. Grundstykket til dette blev erhvervet af den katolske hospitalbyggeforening i 1900 på grunden af det tidligere Feldmannshof. Denne forening blev grundlagt den 31. marts 1900 af den første præst og dekan i St.-Josef-forsamlingen, Friedrich Schwermann, og eksisterer i dag stadig som St.-Josef-Hospital e.V.
