Rütenbrock er en landsby i den tyske kommune Haren i Landkreis Emsland. Landsbyen ligger direkte ved den nederlandske grænse nær Ter Apel. På grund af de lavere boligpriser i Tyskland har mange hollændere bosat sig i landsbyen.
Rütenbrock opstod som en moforkoloni i det 18. århundrede. Udviklingen af området blev mulig, efter at Republikken og Bispedømmet Münster i 1764 havde afgrænset grænsen ved den venstre Eemsbred.
