St.-Lukas-Klinikken er et hospital i Solinger bydelen Ohligs, som er drevet af Kplus-gruppen. Klinikken har cirka 550 medarbejdere. Årligt behandles cirka 12.000 indlagte og 17.000 ambulante patienter.
Rødderne til St.-Lukas-Klinikken ligger i den Ohligser privatklinik, der blev grundlagt af Carl Fervers. Han var ansat som læge indtil lukningen af det Ohligser hospital i 1934 og ønskede fortsat at tilbyde befolkningen i Ohligs lægehjælp tæt på deres hjem. Derfor grundlagde han en privatklinik på Merscheider Straße 2 overfor det tidligere rådhus, som hurtigt fik betydning. Efter Anden Verdenskrig fik hospitalet en operationsstue, senere også et kapel, der blev viet til St. Lukas, lægernes skytshelgen. I mellemtiden blev ikke kun private patienter medicinsk behandlet, men også sygesikrede patienter og mennesker, der var afhængige af støtte. Fervers blev i 1950 udnævnt til ekstraordinær professor i Bonn og blev leder af afdelingen for klinisk psykologi.
